APPLYING FOR DEGREE STUDIES IN DESIGN WITHIN FINLAND (degree seeking students) 1529 Savonia University of Applied Sciences DEGREE PROGRAMMES 041 The Degree Programme in Design The Degree Programmes in Design come under the joint application system. Fill in the joint application form (unfortunately in Finnish and Swedish only) for Universities of Applied Sciences on the Internet or print out the form and send it by post to reach the University of Applied Science of your first choice by 4.15 pm on 16 April 2010. The Degree Programme in Design you must inform the main subject you are applying. The application period is 1 March – 16 April 2010. The general provisions apply on the educational requirements of students applying for Universities of Applied Sciences. An entrance examination will be held at the Kuopio Academy of Design on 8–9 June 2009 in Design. Applicants will be invited to take the entrance examination and informed in writing. The entrance exam will be in the main subject stated on application form. The results of the entrance exam will be announced by 20 July 2010 at the latest. Please, see more information on haku 2010.
