This final project work composed includes an initiation plan and initiation album for new workshop leaders in Kanto Youth metal workshop. This plan and album are designed by the help of situations, when the new leaders are coming in to a metal workshop and when they have to be initiated into work. One of the objective of this final project work was that the plan and album can be used in every workshop of Kanto`s. This final project work is composed of three parts. The first part is an examination of Kanto Youth workshops organisation and metal workshops` actions. The second part contains information of the initiation process and the method of application. The third part is feedback from the leaders of Kanto Youth workshops and the chief of Kanto Youth workshop organisation. The final project work handles the present situation of workshop actions of Kanto the work of workshop leaders, spheres of responsibilities there and also different kind of role behaviour in workshops.
